'Manipulative Trading Practices under Art. 12 MAR' The thesis addresses the question of how manipulative trading practices can be distinguished from legitimate ones. For this purpose, the trade-based market manipulation according to Art. 12 MAR, the indicators in the Annex of the MAR and the practices in the delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522 are interpreted in detail. One focus of the work is the question of the economic impact of manipulative and legitimate trading practices.

Milan Bayram studierte Rechtswissenschaft in Erlangen mit Schwerpunkt im Wirtschaftsrecht. Im Jahr 2016 legte er seine Erste Juristische Prüfung ab. Im Anschluss daran war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Bürgerliches Recht, Handels-, Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftsrecht von Herrn Prof. Dr. Klaus Ulrich Schmolke an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg tätig. Dort verfasste er auch die Arbeit. Die Promotion erfolgte 2019.
