International Symposium on Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Educational Technology 2020

This edition of the IBS Scientific Workshop Proceedings offers a compilation of contributions presented at the Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Learning Technologies symposium. Since 2012, tenured professors and promising researchers have been drawn to the IBS through the annual symposium. This year, professors and researcher with Science Doctorate of Science, Masters and Bachelors degrees from Germany, Mongolia, Russia, USA, Portugal, Japan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Syria and Philippines took part in the 9th edition of the symposium: ISCSET-2020. While this years symposium took place at a time of a new normal brought by the Covid - 19 pandemic that has ravaged the world, it brought together leading researchers in the fields of Computer Science and Education Technologies in order to discuss theories, practices, exchange ideas and introduce outcomes of innovative research.
