Methoden einer Soziologie der Praxis

Although empiricism is of central importance in practical analysis approaches, the discussion of methods in the sociology of practice has missed out so far. While there is a consensus that a mode of cognition geared towards the concept of practice implies looking at actually occurring practices, there are still no answers to the question of which methods might help with this. The authors of this volume discuss how a new array of empirical methods can be found for a practical analysis approach. They elucidate the fruitfulness of different methodical approaches for a sociology of practice and offer insight into experience from empirical practice research.
